We accept new patients from newborn through age 17, and care for patients until age 22. You may choose either location to visit. Our doctors rotate between both the Stamford and New Canaan offices. Our Practice Manager is available to answer questions you may have about our practice, policies, record transfers and insurance questions. Contact Nadia at 203.972.5232 x 218
Newborn Hospital CareTRANSFER / NEW TO AREA PATIENTS
Before your first sick or well visit at New England Pediatrics, request that your child's medical records (especially vaccine records) be sent directly to our office. The transfer of records may take several days or weeks, so please request these records at least three weeks prior to your visit. Your past pediatrician will supply you with the necessary HIPAA Authorization for Release of Records. Prior health records are required before we can complete camp or school forms.
Please bring your insurance card along with this completed forms packet prior to your first visit.
Two important caveats for new patients: we cannot see new patients during our Stamford walk-in hours as these visits do not allow for thorough new patient assessment. We cannot accept a new patient whose family does not permit routine childhood vaccinations. Thank you for your cooperation.
